Phase One

Introduction phase which spans the first month to assess residents and provide necessary medical and counseling support. Residents meet with a spiritual counselor weekly and enroll in licensed counseling services. Residents have a full medical physical and prescription evaluation by a local medical facility.

Phase Three

During Phase 3, spanning months 7 to 9, residents will maintain their progress by working closely with licensed counseling professionals. They will engage in work two days a week with a company approved by Renewed Hope, ensuring a supportive environment for their development. Additionally, residents will continue their work therapy with Renewed Hope for three days each week, alongside ongoing support from their case manager. This phase is essential for building skills and fostering independence.

Phase Two

Phase two of our program, which spans from months 2 to 6. During this phase, residents will engage in two classes per week, alongside work therapy three days a week. Continued support is provided through spiritual and licensed counseling, ensuring comprehensive care. Additionally, case managers will assist residents with court matters, driver's licenses and other civic responsibilities, fostering personal growth and community integration.

Phase Four

Phase 4 spans months 10 to 12, where residents continue their licensed counseling. They will work with an approved company three days a week for professional growth and engage in work therapy for two days at Renewed Hope. Case managers will provide ongoing support to ensure residents succeed during this critical stage.
